Bed bugs are an absolute nightmare. They ruined June 2022 for myself and my children. Big Time Pest Control provided excellent service and routinely came out for three weeks after the initial treatment to continue service. It has been almost two months since our treatment started and no signs of bed bugs. If you have bed bugs, please understand that this is going to be an absolute nightmare but with the help of BT you will get through this. It is pricey but I tried to go at it alone and only extended my agony. BT has amazing customer service and all of their techs are super knowledgable.

The technician appeared to perform a thorough inspection under our house, which was no small feat. He was also responsive to questions I had regarding the yard. He measured the house and explained potential charges. I never felt pressured. I also did not feel mis-lead or like I was being taken advantage of. We are still deciding if the gamble is worth the investment, which seemed reasonable for prevention.
